Alex's composition and sound design work has been used for national and International brands with clients including the BBC, Sky, Nike and Channel 4.

Alongside this, the last 10 years have seen a steady stream of dance music releases including tracks on Defected Records, MTA and Toolroom, plus major label remixes for Warner, Sony and Ministry of Sound. Through his engineering and production work with GotSome, Alex has seen widespread support from Radio 1 DJs including Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Danny Howard to name a few. Other highlights include remixing Basement Jaxx, collaborating with Wiley, and recording in the studio with Craig David.
Alex has been a writer and contributor for MusicTech since 2008, where he helps with features, reviews and workshops, and he regularly builds varied sample packs for BandLab Sounds. He also spent two years teaching mixing techniques at Bimm College Bristol.
With a BA(hons) in Creative Music Technology and an MA in Composing for Screen, Alex spends most of his time crafting mixes and compositions at his Bristol studio, and is currently exploring making techno remixes of classic films using VJ software synced to Ableton Live.
